The hotel is gorgeous. The staff is helpful and prompt.- It's close to the airport, good, affordable restaurants, and right in the heart of the party area.

Appetising food, fantastic hotel, fantastic location in a quiet area. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the triple room, plus a work desk, coffee/tea makers, and a TV. Lovely view, really kind staff on a timely manner.

Very dated bathroom.

Good-sized room with good facilities, balcony, for example as advertised. Nice decor. Early check in and late check out...

The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a good shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting me with a smile. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and close to many tourist attractions.

The breakfast was very disappointing. There was not a lot of variety, and some of the dishes did not taste fresh.

Very close to the airport

We loved the central location of this hotel, making it easy to access nearby Warungs and eateries. It's also close to the airport, we had no trouble getting to and from our flight. On top of that, the shuttle service was a life-saver. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly staff, free Wi-Fi, and the fact that they kept our bags after check-out.

I'm impressed on how your staff at breakfast in the restaurant treated me. They are extremely friendly. As an Indonesian citizen, I'm being equally served as other foreign tourists. And that doesn't always happen in other hotels I have experienced. And I salute for that... Hotel staff should not look at your skin. Whether you're black, white, or yellow, we all pay the same...

The only thing that bother me is the parking space... Too small

The hotel is a nice enough place for a few nights, with a big pool and spacious rooms. The balcony was a nice touch, and the free car transfer to the airport was a bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the driver to the airport was fantastic.

The superior room is quite small.

Unfortunately we only stayed for one night. We arrived on a late flight and used the hotel as stopover on the way to Ubud. We liked the hotel and would have liked to stay longer. The pool looked very inviting. Breakfast was very good, catering for all tastes
